The garden had lush greenery and the upgrade to a cabin was appreciated. Drinking water in the room was convenient, and we enjoyed the warm water during our stay.

There were several negative aspects during our romantic escape. The monkeys and birds kept in small cages put a damper on the experience.

In terms of location, the hotel is conveniently situated close to the city center and offers a peaceful and refreshing stay surrounded by a lush, green garden. the spacious cabins are equipped with drinking water and provide hot water in its clean bathrooms. the staff tries to accommodate guests by providing an upgrade if unhappy with initial room. the hotel offers laundry service, a wonderful breakfast, and several facilities to keep guests entertained.

The hotel undermines its green initiatives by keeping animals in small cages.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The best aspects of our experience were the cleanliness of rooms, hotel facilities, staff, and parking. We were impressed that the hotel had provided us drinking water in rooms which was quite convenient. The cabin upgrade we received was a pleasant surprise, after complaining about the poor WiFi in our initial room. The garden area was beautiful and well-maintained which added to the aesthetics of this place.

During our Easter vacation, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful green garden and the warm water available in our room. We also appreciated the drinking water provided in the rooms. the key location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area.

The overpriced laundry service, music in the pool and restaurant area that was far too loud, and poorly behaved staff. We did not appreciate the small cages housing the monkeys and birds.

Upgraded room with better WiFi. Drinking water provided in rooms. Warm water for showers. Beautiful green garden.
